Ground floor: A large open-plan living-room with dining area, open stone fireplace and French doors leading on to a south facing patio and garden. Off the living-room is a games room with a small billiard table. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table. Dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and electric mini-whisk. First floor: Double bedroom with an en-suite dressing area and a bathroom/WC. Twin bedroom with an en-suite dressing area and a bathroom/WC.
Electricity, NSH, hot water, panel/convector heaters and use of the swimming pools. Open fire – logs included. High chair and cot. Video machine. There is a laundry room on site with automatic washing machines and dryers, which are coin operated.
In the winter breakfast hamper will be there on your arrival. This includes bread, marmalade, ½ dozen eggs, butter, tea, coffee and cereal. Also two pints of semi-skimmed milk. There are often eggs available from the office at the Mill.
Please bring bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels with you. Duvets with covers are provided.
