Edgecombe Barn
Edgecombe Barn is set apart from the other properties yet it is a short walk along a bridle path for the fit or a two minute drive to the Mill and all the facilities. It is situated in a secluded spot amongst fields and woodland. A former barn it has been sympathically converted and refurbished to the highest standard. Ground Floor: Large, beamed living room with an open fireplace with steps down to a farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room. There are French doors to a south facing cobbled courtyard. Master double bedroom with large en-suite shower room/WC (power shower). First Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC (power shower). Two twin-bedded rooms. Bathroom/WC.
Electricity, oil-fired central heating, hot water and use of swimming pools. Open fire – logs included. Parking. DVD. Mini radio/CD player. Automatic washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer with additional fridge. Food processor. Two cots. Two high chairs. Cobbled terrace with furniture. Barbecue.
In the winter a breakfast hamper will be there on your arrival. This includes bread, marmalade, ½ dozen eggs, butter, tea, coffee and cereal. Also two pints of semi-skimmed milk. There are often eggs available from the office at the Mill.
Please bring bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels with you. Duvets with covers are provided.
