If full payment is not received 6 weeks prior to departure, the deposit of £100 is forfeited as the property will be re-let. We reserve the right to charge the full amount if we are not able to re-let the property. The property is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am at the latest on day of departure. One well behaved dog is allowed in those cottages suitable for dogs. No other pets allowed. You are not allowed to exceed the maximum number stated for your party size. All prices are fully inclusive of heating, lights, pets and use of all facilities. Please note you will need to bring bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels and all sports equipment.
